Besins Healthcare (搜索), a global pharmaceutical company specializing in hormonal health, announced on July 2, 2026, the acquisition of UniD Manufacturing (搜索), a Belgium-based pharmaceutical development and manufacturing company with more than 20 years of recognized expertise in long-acting drug delivery technologies. The deal brings together Besins Healthcare's leadership in bioidentical hormone therapies with UniD's advanced polymer-based formulation capabilities, positioning the combined entity to develop more differentiated, less frequently administered treatment approaches.
The acquisition includes UniD's facility in Seraing, Belgium, and the transfer of 52 highly skilled professionals to Besins Healthcare (搜索). UniD Manufacturing (搜索) will be renamed Besins Healthcare PharmTech and will progressively become a center of excellence dedicated to innovation and future development projects. In the immediate term, UniD will continue to operate as usual and serve its current clients with the same professionalism and commitment.
