Biocytogen (搜索) Pharmaceuticals and Acepodia (搜索) announced an expanded collaboration through an option and license agreement designed to advance the development of dual-payload bispecific antibody-drug conjugates (搜索) (BsAD2Cs). The agreement grants Acepodia an option to obtain exclusive worldwide licenses for two bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (BsADC) programs from Biocytogen.
Strategic Partnership Framework
The collaboration builds upon the companies' recent co-development efforts to evaluate selected bispecific antibody and dual-payload ADC programs. Under the agreement terms, Biocytogen (搜索) is eligible to receive an upfront option fee and, upon Acepodia (搜索)'s exercise of the option, additional payments including option exercise fees, development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments, as well as royalties on future product sales. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Technology Platform Integration
The expanded partnership leverages complementary platform strengths to advance next-generation ADC designs with the potential to improve upon certain limitations observed in conventional ADC programs. Biocytogen (搜索)'s RenLite® platform is part of the company's proprietary RenMice® suite, which includes platforms for fully human monoclonal, bispecific, and multispecific antibody discovery, as well as bispecific antibody-drug conjugate discovery.
Acepodia (搜索)'s AD2C technology utilizes bio-orthogonal click chemistry approaches originating from Nobel Prize laureate Carolyn Bertozzi's lab. The platform is designed to improve safety and offer broad applicability across hematologic and solid tumor cancers (搜索), as well as autoimmune diseases.

Acepodia's conjugation platforms are designed for modular integration across antibodies, immune cells, and payload architectures, enabling flexible application across diverse therapeutic modalities.
