The company is currently evaluating two programs in Phase 1/2 clinical studies: ATX-559, a first-in-class DHX9 (搜索) inhibitor targeting tumors with high replication stress that has received FDA Fast Track designation for dMMR/MSI-H colorectal cancer, and ATX-295, a potential best-in-class KIF18A (搜索) inhibitor targeting tumors with chromosomal instability that has been granted Fast Track designation for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.
