The deal includes the transfer of exclusive rights to UCARsgen (搜索) for mainland China operations, encompassing research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of two key allogeneic CAR-T (搜索) products:
- A BCMA-targeted allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy for multiple myeloma and plasma cell leukemia
