Founded in 1965, Chester Medical (搜索) has served the healthcare sector for more than 60 years. From its sites in Bromborough and Deeside, it provides specialised packaging services to pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, nutraceutical and veterinary businesses across the UK.
Power Health Products (搜索) is a family-owned contract manufacturer of health food supplements, sports nutrition and natural hair and skin care products based in Pocklington. Founded in 1972, Power Health employs around 80 people and supports nutraceutical businesses throughout the UK and beyond.

The acquisition brings together Power Health's product development and manufacturing expertise with Chester Medical (搜索)'s capabilities in contract packing and printed packaging manufacture, creating a broader end-to-end proposition for customers in the growing nutraceuticals market.
