The primary objective of the bridging study was to assess the objective response rate (ORR) of tazemetostat in treating subjects with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (搜索) with EZH2 (搜索) mutations. Secondary endpoints included progression-free survival, overall survival, duration of response, and assessment of the therapy's pharmacokinetics and safety profile.
