Breakthrough Preclinical Data Validates Platform
Commit's appointment of Dr. Andresen follows positive proof-of-concept data from a non-human primate study announced in November 2025, which provided critical translational validation of the company's proprietary Bispecific Complement Engager (BiCE™) technology platform. The results demonstrated rapid, deep, and sustained targeted B-cell (搜索) depletion without triggering systemic cytokine release, establishing solid safety and efficacy profiles and proof-of-mechanism.
