The company announced that Arjun Prasad (搜索), MBA, MPH, has joined as Chief Commercial Officer and Cynthia Sirard (搜索), MD, as Chief Medical Officer, with both appointments effective January 1, 2026.

The appointments represent a significant investment in commercial and clinical execution capabilities for the Boston-based company, which develops proprietary antibody-based therapeutics targeting the relationship between angiogenesis, the immune system, and tumor growth.
Commercial Leadership Experience
Prasad brings extensive commercial expertise from his most recent role as Chief Commercial Officer at Servier Pharmaceuticals, where he oversaw all commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access. His career includes leadership positions at Agios Pharmaceuticals, where he led Global Oncology Marketing and Commercial Operations & Analytics, as well as roles of increasing seniority within Genentech's commercial organization.
Notably, Prasad has experience with over 10 successful oncology launches, including the recent blockbuster launch of VORANIGO in 2024. He also commercialized TIBSOVO for patients with biliary tract cancer (搜索) whose tumors have an actionable IDH1 (搜索) mutation in the second-line setting. Prasad holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MPH, MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Sirard joins Compass from Leap Therapeutics, where she served as Chief Medical Officer and spearheaded the development of first-in-class oncology agents. She also brings clinical development leadership experience from Sanofi and Genzyme. As a gastrointestinal-focused medical oncologist trained at Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Sirard is recognized as a global leader in advancing innovative immuno-oncology therapies.
Her expertise encompasses biomarker-driven strategies, global regulatory planning, and strategic partnerships with leading biopharma companies. Dr. Sirard has guided multiple programs through IND filings, clinical development, pivotal trials, and regulatory approval, bringing more than two decades of oncology drug development experience to Compass.
