The funding will accelerate development of the company's proprietary TrimTAC (搜索) platform and advance its early pipeline of therapies for neurodegenerative disorders.

The TrimTAC (搜索) platform represents next-generation bifunctional degraders that leverage the E3 ubiquitin ligase (搜索) TRIM21 (搜索) to selectively clear pathological multimeric proteins. According to the company, traditional bifunctional degraders face two major hurdles: overreliance on a limited set of E3 ligases and, crucially, inability to selectively eliminate pathogenic multimeric protein aggregates—the root cause of many neurodegenerative diseases.
