Each mL of Emeprev (搜索) contains 10 mg maropitant (as maropitant citrate), 63 mg sulfobutylether-β-cyclodextrin, 11.1 mg benzyl alcohol (preservative), and water for injection. The product is supplied in a 20 mL amber glass vial.
Emeprev (搜索) can be administered subcutaneously or intravenously, with subcutaneous administration only for dogs 2 to 4 months of age. For cats, the product is approved for use in animals 4 months and older.
