Novel Mechanism Targets Wnt Signaling
DPTX3186 represents an orally delivered small molecule with a unique mechanism of action designed to selectively disrupt oncogenic Wnt (搜索) signaling. The drug forces β-catenin (搜索) to concentrate in an inactive condensate preferentially within cancer cells.
