The formal agreement was signed by Dr. Sumeet Jarangal, Director at DPIIT (搜索), and Smt. Rajwinder Mehdwan, Managing Director of Roche Products (India) Pvt. Ltd., in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.

Under the MoU, Roche India will provide extensive support to healthtech startups through multiple channels.
