Immutep will retain global manufacturing rights for the drug and will supply it to Dr Reddy's in the licensed regions while maintaining full rights in the key markets of North America, Europe and Japan.

The drug is currently being evaluated in TACTI-004 (KEYNOTE-F91), a Phase III clinical trial testing eftilagimod alfa as first-line treatment for advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (搜索). The trial is investigating the combination of eftilagimod alfa with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy, positioning it as a potential new standard of care for this patient population.
