Elizabethtown College and Harford Community College Launch 2+2 Biotechnology Transfer Pathway

Elizabethtown College (搜索) and Harford Community College (搜索) have signed a new 2+2 transfer agreement enabling students to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology.
HCC students with an Associate of Applied Science in Biotechnology and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher receive guaranteed admission and may transfer up to 64 credits.
The agreement includes a 15% tuition discount for Phi Theta Kappa (搜索) members and access to Etown advising, library resources, and campus facilities while enrolled at HCC.
Elizabethtown College (搜索) has partnered with Harford Community College (搜索) (HCC) in Bel Air, Md., to offer students a seamless pathway to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology through a new 2+2 transfer agreement. The partnership aims to expand access to biotechnology education and prepare students for careers in a growing field.

Transfer Pathway Details
Through the agreement, students who earn an Associate of Applied Science in Biotechnology from HCC with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher will receive guaranteed admission to Elizabethtown College (搜索)'s Biotechnology program and may transfer up to 64 credits toward their bachelor's degree.
The memorandum of understanding (MOU) also provides HCC students with several benefits, including full consideration for financial aid upon matriculation to Elizabethtown College (搜索), a 15% tuition discount for members of Phi Theta Kappa (搜索) (PTK) who are continuously enrolled in degree programs, and access to Etown academic, financial aid, and career advising while enrolled at HCC. Students also gain access to Etown library resources, campus facilities, and events while enrolled at HCC.
Broader Transfer Commitments
In addition to the Biotechnology pathway, Etown also guarantees admission to HCC students in additional majors who earn an associate degree with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
