Actuate Therapeutics (搜索) announced today that promising clinical data on elraglusib for the treatment of advanced salivary gland carcinoma (搜索) will be presented at the upcoming American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2025. The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company will showcase results from a study evaluating elraglusib, a glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (搜索) (GSK-3β (搜索)) inhibitor, in combination with chemotherapy with or without immunotherapy for patients with advanced salivary gland cancer.
