The Australian company issued 45.2 million new fully paid ordinary shares at $0.02 per share to fund its innovative approach to drug reformulation.
Subject to shareholder approval, investors will receive 90.4 million unlisted options exercisable at $0.04 and expiring two years from issue, while an additional 5 million options will be issued to the lead manager. Settlement and allotment of the placement securities are expected to occur on 19 March 2026.
