The early-to-mid stage trial was evaluating TN-201, Tenaya's gene therapy candidate, in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (搜索) caused by mutations in the MYBPC3 (搜索) gene. This rare genetic condition causes abnormal thickening of the heart muscle, which reduces the heart's ability to pump blood effectively.
FDA Requests Protocol Modifications
