Mark Roschewski, MD from NCI/NIH will present findings from a response-adapted Phase 2 study examining acalabrutinib window prior to frontline chemotherapy in untreated large B-cell lymphoma, focusing on molecular correlates of response to acalabrutinib.
Swetha Thiruvengadam, MD from City of Hope will deliver an oral presentation on a first-in-human, open-label Phase 1 study of PF-08046044 (35C), a novel CD30 (搜索)-directed antibody-drug conjugate with a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor payload in patients with relapsed/refractory lymphomas. The presentation will include updated safety, pharmacokinetic data, preliminary efficacy results, and ctDNA analysis from dose escalation.
Jordan Goldstein, MD, MSc from Stanford University will present research on spatial anatomical genomic heterogeneity and aberrant somatic hypermutation that define clonal evolution pathways predicting treatment resistance in aggressive B-cell lymphomas.
