Under the exclusive development and licensing agreement signed in December 2025, Formation Bio (搜索)'s subsidiary Bleecker Bio (搜索) obtained rights to LNK01006 (now BLKR201 (搜索)) outside Greater China. Lynk Pharmaceuticals (搜索) received a minority equity stake in Bleecker Bio, an upfront payment, and is eligible for additional development, regulatory, and commercial milestones totaling up to $605 million, plus tiered royalties on potential future sales.
