The funding consists of approximately $50 million in Series C equity financing and $27 million in debt financing, bringing the company's total funding to nearly $200 million since its inception in 2021.
Financing Details and Strategic Vision
Junson Capital (搜索) led the Series C equity financing alongside new investors including Lapam Capital (搜索), Plaisance (搜索), TruMed Investment (搜索), and existing shareholders Chengwei Capital (搜索), Gordian Ventures (搜索), HSG (搜索), Prosperity7 (搜索), and Summer Capital (搜索). The additional $27 million debt financing provides Full-Life with flexible funding for clinical pipeline development and early preclinical program exploration globally.
"Radionuclide Drug Conjugates (搜索) (RDC) is a promising new modality for oncology (搜索) treatments, especially alpha emitters such as 225Ac (搜索)-based therapies, where global supply shortage is a current bottleneck," said Wei Shen, Head of Principal Investment at Junson Capital (搜索). The investment firm has participated in Full-Life's financing rounds since its Series A in 2022, demonstrating continued confidence in the company's strategic vision.
Clinical Development and Manufacturing Expansion
The funding will support completion of the global Phase I clinical trial for Full-Life's lead asset, [225AC]AC-FL-020 (搜索), and initiation of additional clinical studies. The company plans to file new Investigational New Drug (IND) applications worldwide and complete construction of a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) manufacturing facility in Belgium.
