The oral presentation, delivered on May 13, 2025, detailed how intravenous administration of an immune-shielded lentiviral vector (ISLV) encoding the human MUT (搜索) transgene effectively treated MMA (搜索) in mouse models by delivering a functional MMUT (搜索) gene to liver cells.
