The transaction, completed through a Section 363 sale in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York, includes Seelos' ketamine and trehalose programs, both advancing toward Phase 3 clinical trials.
Strategic Acquisition Through Bankruptcy Process
Following its acquisition of Seelos' senior secured debt, GLD served as the stalking horse bidder and emerged as the successful acquirer.
