The new capital brings the company's total funding to over $10 million, including equity investments and non-dilutive grant funding from Austrian innovation agencies.
Daphni (搜索) joins Graph's existing investor syndicate, which includes SquareOne (搜索), Merantix Capital (搜索), and NAVEC Investment Management (搜索). The company has also received additional non-dilutive funding from the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (搜索) (FFG) through its Austrian Life Sciences program and from Austria Wirtschaftsservice (搜索) (AWS) via its Deep Tech Life Sciences Seed Financing program.

Graph's proprietary platform combines perturbation modelling of complex live patient samples, functional and multi-omics profiling, and advanced machine learning to decode immune dysfunction at scale. By generating insights directly from real patient tissue rather than simplified model systems, the company identifies disease mechanisms, novel therapeutic targets, and biomarkers that inform the development of differentiated therapies.
The platform has been substantially de-risked and validated across clinically relevant biological models, creating what the company describes as a strong foundation for novel therapeutic programs. Building on the founding team's experience in AI-driven precision oncology at Allcyte — which was acquired by Exscientia — Graph applies a lab-in-the-loop perturbation approach to primary patient cell samples and multi-omics data.
