One lot of the 72-count product (UPC 300439005721), lot number X78N, also with an expiration date of November 30, 2028, was distributed between May 5, 2026, and May 14, 2026.
Haleon emphasized that no other lots of Gas-X Extra Strength are affected, and other products in the Gas-X portfolio — including Gas-X Ultra, Gas-X Maximum, and Gas-X Ultimate — are not impacted by this recall.
