CEO Bahija Jallal acknowledged his contributions, stating, "David has been instrumental in delivering the Phase 3 trial that has led to the approval of KIMMTRAK, and in positioning our rich pipeline for success including three ongoing Phase 3 trials."
Leadership Promotions and Strategic Restructuring
Immunocore (搜索) will streamline its R&D structure by promoting Dr. Mohammed Dar, the current Chief Medical Officer, and Mark Moyer, Head of Regulatory Sciences, to Executive Vice President roles. Both leaders will assume expanded oversight of clinical development and regulatory strategies across the company's diverse therapeutic portfolio.
Dr. Dar brings extensive experience from his 16-year career at GSK, Medimmune, and AstraZeneca, where he oversaw the development of several FDA-approved drugs including pazopanib, moxetumomab (搜索), and durvalumab. Since joining Immunocore (搜索) in 2019, he has led clinical development and maintained direct oversight of all clinical programs across the company's oncology, infectious disease, and autoimmune portfolios, while advancing KIMMTRAK to regulatory approval.
Mark Moyer, who joined Immunocore (搜索) in 2018, will become EVP, Chief Regulatory and Quality Officer. He led the regulatory strategy for KIMMTRAK, which is now approved in 39 countries. During his over 35 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Moyer has provided global strategic regulatory leadership for drug development, including over 35 Biologics License Applications and Marketing Authorisation Applications for notable drugs such as nivolumab, elotuzumab, ipilimumab, and dasatinib.
Pipeline and Platform Development
Immunocore (搜索) continues to advance its proprietary ImmTAX platform, which develops TCR (搜索) bispecific immunotherapies designed to treat cancer (搜索), autoimmune diseases (搜索), and infectious diseases (搜索). The company's most advanced therapeutic, KIMMTRAK (tebentafusp-tebn (搜索)), has received approval for treating HLA-A*02:01 (搜索)-positive adult patients with unresectable or metastatic uveal melanoma (搜索) in the United States, European Union, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
