The acquisition brings together complementary technologies that address different aspects of 3D cell modeling. Sun Bioscience (搜索), founded in 2016, manufactures the Gri3D® organoid culture platform, an SBS-standard microwell plate technology that enables the formation of uniform organoids with high reproducibility and compatibility for automated handling and imaging. DOPPL SA (搜索) contributes deep expertise in organoid assay development, including epithelial barrier, oncology (搜索), and disease-specific organoid systems.
