Nordic Bioscience (搜索), a global leader in biomarker development, and KKR (搜索), a leading global investment firm, announced on 3 September 2026 in Copenhagen that KKR has entered into an agreement to sell its 10% minority stake in Nordic Bioscience to the company's founder and majority shareholder, Claus Christiansen (搜索).
KKR (搜索) invested in Nordic Bioscience (搜索) in 2021 through its Health Care Strategic Growth strategy, supporting the company as it continued to expand its biomarker capabilities and strengthen its position across R&D services, clinical diagnostics and drug development.

Leadership and Governance Changes
In connection with the transaction, Chair Håkan Björklund has decided to step down from the board, and Claus Christiansen (搜索) will assume the role as Chair. Kugan Sathiyanandarajah will remain on the Board of Directors of Nordic Bioscience (搜索) until the next ordinary general meeting.
