It is designed to simultaneously bind to CD3 (搜索) on T cells and GPRC5D (搜索) on multiple myeloma (搜索) cells, bringing T cells into close proximity with cancer cells to facilitate targeted killing. According to Frost & Sullivan, LBL-034 is the third GPRC5D-targeted CD3 T-cell engager to enter clinical development.
