MacroGenics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGNX) presented Phase 2 data from the TAMARACK trial of vobramitamab duocarmazine (vobra duo) in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (搜索) (mCRPC (搜索)) at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2024 in Barcelona, Spain.
The TAMARACK trial is a randomized Phase 2 study evaluating the B7-H3 (搜索) targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) vobramitamab duocarmazine in mCRPC (搜索). The poster presentation at ESMO included updated safety and efficacy data with a data cut-off date of July 9, 2024. The primary endpoint of the study was the landmark 6-month radiographic progression-free survival (rPFS).
TAMARACK Trial Design and Endpoints
The TAMARACK trial is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of vobramitamab duocarmazine in mCRPC (搜索) patients. The primary endpoint is the 6-month landmark rPFS. Secondary endpoints include median rPFS, overall survival, and safety profile. The study enrolled patients with mCRPC who had progressed on prior therapies.
The data presented at ESMO included an updated analysis of the primary endpoint, as well as immature median rPFS data. These data are subject to change as more PFS events accrue over time.
