The therapy remodeled the tumor microenvironment, activated dendritic cells and antigen-presentation pathways, and re-polarized macrophages to a pro-inflammatory, cancer-killing state. Additionally, it enabled deep infiltration of tumor-specific T cells into previously immune-excluded tumors.
