Natera, Inc. (NTRA), a company specializing in cell-free DNA and precision medicine, has announced a collaboration with Angiex, Inc., a privately held biotechnology company developing Nuclear-Delivered Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ND-ADCs). Under the agreement, Natera's Signatera test will be used for longitudinal circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) monitoring to assess treatment response in Angiex's ongoing Phase 1 clinical trial of AGX101.
AGX101 is an investigational therapy designed to target TM4SF1 (搜索)-expressing tumor cells and tumor-associated endothelial cells.
