Strong Safety Profile Supports Continued Development
In the Phase 1a study, all participants remained enrolled with no serious adverse events (SAEs) or treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) leading to discontinuation. The concentration of NAV-240 in the bloodstream increased proportionally to the administered dose over a range from 0.1 to 10 mg/kg, a critical finding that supports predictable dosing in future development phases.
The study also revealed concentration-dependent reductions in thymus and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC (搜索)), a signaling protein associated with several inflammatory skin conditions. This biomarker response provides early evidence of NAV-240's biological activity in targeting inflammatory pathways.

This dual targeting approach may improve upon the efficacy of either monotherapy alone for complex, heterogeneous diseases with significant unmet medical needs.
Pipeline Advancement and Future Development
Navigator Medicines (搜索) is currently conducting a Phase 1b multiple ascending dose (MAD) study in healthy volunteers, which has completed enrollment. Full results from this study are expected in early 2026, with further clinical development of NAV-240 planned to begin in early 2026.
