ADCs, like trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu), have emerged as targeted therapies, but their use is sometimes complicated by the development of ILD, which can lead to significant lung damage (搜索) if not promptly addressed.
The study demonstrated that by analyzing specific markers in blood samples, clinicians could identify early signs of lung damage (搜索) caused by these drugs. This concept builds upon foundational work by Prof. Yuval Dor and Ruth Shemer from the Faculty of Medicine, The Hebrew University.
