"Panic attacks really impacted my life in 2020. Back then it was like pretty much anything that would give me anxiety, would lead to a panic attack," Whittle said. "It feels like going into meltdown. Your body shakes like crazy, and you lose control of your breathing. I avoided a lot of things in life to try to protect against getting any anxiety and ending up having a panic attack."
The clinical trial is recruiting participants aged 18 to 65 who have been diagnosed with panic disorder (搜索) or experience regular panic attacks. The study design focuses on assessing both the tolerability and efficacy of HB-1 throughout the treatment period.
