One Biosciences (搜索), a techbio company pioneering clinical-grade single-cell tumor profiling, has announced financial support via a Paris-Saclay Cancer Cluster (搜索) (PSCC) BOOST grant to develop the first single-cell assay for antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapies in oncology. The initiative marks a significant step toward bringing cellular-resolution biomarker strategies to the rapidly expanding ADC field.
The project will be conducted in collaboration with Adcytherix (搜索), a clinical-stage biotech company developing differentiated ADCs for cancers with high unmet medical need. By combining Adcytherix's expertise in ADC development with One Biosciences (搜索)' AI-powered single-cell profiling technology, the partners aim to analyze tumor samples and explore cellular and molecular signatures associated with treatment response.
Addressing a Growing Need in ADC Development
The rapid growth of ADCs is driving demand for more sophisticated biomarker strategies. By capturing tumor complexity at cellular resolution, single-cell profiling has the potential to enhance patient selection and support the development of next-generation ADCs. The long-term objective is to support more precise patient selection and lay the foundation for future companion diagnostic development, ultimately matching the right patients to the right therapies and maximizing therapeutic benefit.

Building on an Established Partnership with Gustave Roussy (搜索)
The PSCC BOOST grant builds upon One Biosciences (搜索)' growing presence in the precision oncology ecosystem. The company is already accelerated by PSCC and works with many partners within the cluster. In a separate but complementary initiative, One Biosciences has also partnered with Gustave Roussy (搜索), Europe's leading cancer center, to deploy its OneMap platform—a single-cell and AI-powered solution designed to enhance precision oncology.
That collaboration aims to demonstrate the feasibility and impact of integrating single nuclei transcriptomic analysis into the patient care pathway. By analyzing anonymized frozen samples across four cancer indications, One Biosciences (搜索) will deploy OneMap to generate ultra-high-resolution single-cell data, unlocking the functional diversity of each tumor with what the partners describe as unparalleled precision.

Technology and Clinical Translation
Leveraging advanced AI algorithms, OneMap is designed to deliver individualized, actionable reports rapidly, with the mission of proving that real-time insights can seamlessly integrate into tumor molecular board reviews and ultimately patient treatment decisions. The Gustave Roussy (搜索) project follows an initial feasibility study on retrospective samples, which successfully demonstrated both effective sample processing and the delivery of individualized reports.
