The Phase 2 PROSPECT study evaluated tirabrutinib in U.S. patients with relapsed or refractory primary central nervous system lymphoma (搜索), a rare and aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that affects the brain and spinal cord. PCNSL (搜索) has historically been challenging to treat due to the blood-brain barrier limiting drug penetration.
