The partnership announced on December 10, 2025, represents OBT's second major pharmaceutical collaboration this year and validates the growing recognition of the company's proprietary discovery platform.
OGAP-Verify Platform Drives Target Discovery
The collaboration centers on OBT's recently enhanced proprietary OGAP-Verify discovery platform, which enables highly sensitive identification of oncology targets with improved attributes for drug development. The platform's enhanced sensitivity, specificity, and reliability is designed to significantly accelerate biopharma's capabilities to identify and validate human targets with robust scientific support.
Under the agreement terms, targets will be identified through the OGAP-Verify discovery platform and validated through joint research collaboration. GSK will drive any subsequent research, development, and commercialization efforts against these targets, while OBT will receive an undisclosed upfront payment and remain eligible for downstream milestone payments and royalties on net sales of resulting products.

Clinical Pipeline and Validation
OBT's discovery capabilities have been validated through its clinical pipeline, with three programs originating from the OGAP technology now in clinical development in the US and Europe. The company's lead clinical program, OBT076, initiated expansion in a US clinical trial in 2021 for patients with advanced or refractory solid tumors, including gastric, bladder, ovarian and lung cancer, where CD205 is overexpressed.
The company's immuno-oncology discovery process provides unique insights into the cancer-immune cell synapse and has identified several novel monoclonal and bispecific antibody candidates for cancer therapies. OBT focuses on discovering and developing first-in-class antibody-based therapies, including bispecific antibodies and antibody drug conjugate therapeutics.
