Manufacturing Partnership Advances Clinical Development
The agreement with the unnamed U.S. manufacturer will support Phio's ongoing Phase 1b dose escalation study, which is currently enrolling patients for its fifth and expected final cohort. The trial (NCT# 06014086) is evaluating PH-762 for the treatment of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (搜索), melanoma (搜索), and Merkel cell carcinoma (搜索).
