Polyrizon (搜索) Ltd. has entered into a manufacturing agreement with Eurofins CDMO (搜索) Amatsiaquitaine S.A.S to supply clinical trial material for its PL-14 allergy (搜索) blocker. The collaboration aims to support Polyrizon's planned 2025 clinical trial, which will evaluate the safety and efficacy of PL-14 as a novel allergy protection solution.
Polyrizon (搜索)'s PL-14 is an innovative intranasal hydrogel designed to form a thin shield containment barrier in the nasal cavity. This barrier intends to prevent allergens from contacting the nasal epithelial tissue, potentially functioning as a "biological mask." The company's proprietary Capture and Contain (C&C) hydrogel technology, comprised of naturally occurring building blocks, is delivered in the form of nasal sprays.
