The assay was instrumental in identifying and enrolling patients with PIK3CA-mutated, hormone receptor–positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer (搜索) (mBC) in China, contributing to the FDA's approval of Inavolisib (Itovebi) in the U.S. on October 10, 2024.
