Rigby brings a distinguished career spanning multiple successful biotech ventures and strategic transactions. Previously, as President and CEO of Revolo Biotherapeutics, he guided the autoimmune and allergic disease company through multiple financings totaling over $150 million and two Phase 2 clinical trials.
His track record includes notable exits across the biotech sector. As CEO of SteadyMed Therapeutics (搜索), Rigby conceived and led development of Trevyent (搜索)™ for pulmonary arterial hypertension (搜索), advancing the program from concept through FDA NDA review before the company's acquisition by United Therapeutics (搜索) for approximately $350 million. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Zogenix, which went public on Nasdaq and was subsequently acquired by UCB Pharma for approximately $2 billion.
Rigby has also held senior leadership positions in public markets, including Chairman and Chief Business Officer of BIOS Acquisition Corporation (搜索), which completed an oversubscribed initial public offering, and board member of Xeris Pharma (搜索).

The therapy has obtained FDA Orphan Drug and Fast Track Designations for Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy (搜索) (HIE), along with EMA Orphan Drug Designation for HIE.
