The leadership additions follow Resolution's recent milestone of successfully dosing the first patient with RTX001 in its Phase I/II EMERALD study, marking a critical advancement for the company's novel approach to treating inflammatory and fibrotic diseases (搜索).
Executive Appointments Drive Strategic Growth
Lucy Singah joins Resolution with over 20 years of corporate and strategic finance experience spanning both UK and US start-ups and global pharmaceutical companies. Most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Echopoint Medical, Singah led financial planning, payment system implementation, and board-level support during key development stages. Her extensive background includes overseeing multiple successful fundraising rounds at Amazonia Impact Ventures and Axis Spine Technologies, as well as 11 years at GSK in various roles including M&A, Investor Relations, and finance leadership in Procurement and Consumer Healthcare.

Daniel Kennedy brings over 20 years of business development expertise to his new role as Chief Business Officer. His track record includes serving as Vice President of Business Development at Immunocore (搜索) plc (NASDAQ: IMCR) and leading business development and alliance management at Achillion Pharmaceuticals (搜索) prior to its acquisition by Alexion Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ALXN) for $930 million in cash plus up to $300 million in contingent value rights. Kennedy has also held positions at Schering-Plough and GSK, where he managed diverse responsibilities spanning business development transactions for R&D, alliance management, global corporate development, and commercial operations.
RTX001 Advances in Clinical Development
The executive appointments coincide with significant progress in Resolution's clinical program. RTX001, the company's lead product candidate, is an engineered autologous regenerative macrophage therapy with enhanced anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory effects. The therapy is engineered with IL-10-MMP9 (搜索) mRNA to enhance the natural regenerative properties of macrophages for superior efficacy and durability.
The EMERALD Phase I/II study represents a first-in-human, open-label clinical trial in end-stage liver disease (搜索), with clinical events serving as the primary efficacy endpoint. The study is currently recruiting patients and has successfully cleared safety requirements for the first patient dosing.

The company, which originated as a spinout from Professor Stuart Forbes's lab at the University of Edinburgh, has positioned itself to leverage preclinical data demonstrating anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory advantages of its engineered macrophages relative to non-engineered alternatives.
