"FY26 was a year of significant progress for Resonance Health (搜索), with the Group operating cash flow positive in every quarter and closing the year with a strengthened balance sheet," said chief executive officer Andrew Harrison. Clinical Trial Operations Expand
Resonance Clinical, the company's contract research services arm, completed recruitment for a major pharmaceutical clinical trial valued at $13.8 million after reaching its 60-patient target in April. Patients are progressively reaching study-completion milestones that trigger invoicing, with associated cash inflows expected to continue through the first half of FY27.
The Software-as-a-Medical-Device (SaMD) Image Analysis Services division secured several new contracts and extensions from global pharmaceutical customers during the fourth quarter, contributing to multi-year revenue visibility. Clinical trial revenue increased significantly from FY25 levels.
Resonance's TrialsWest clinical trial site network also demonstrated strong performance. The Osborne Park clinic remained consistently profitable and approached its original target annualized revenue capacity, while the Mandurah clinic performed ahead of expectations and moved close to breakeven in its first year of operation. The company continues to assess additional locations and therapeutic areas as pharmaceutical demand supports further expansion of its clinical trial site network.
The forward order and tendered pipeline across all divisions now exceeds $12 million, providing a foundation for continued growth.
MRI Liver Fibrosis (搜索) Device Advances Toward Analysis
Resonance completed recruitment for its Non-Invasive MRI Liver Fibrosis (搜索) device extended-proof-of-concept trial during the period, with data analysis now underway. The fully recruited study has entered the analysis phase, which is expected to be completed within three months.
Subject to a successful outcome, the company will proceed to validation. A favorable result would allow Resonance to begin regulatory planning, including the potential use of the product by existing customers as an investigational endpoint alongside biopsy in clinical trials. This non-invasive approach to liver fibrosis (搜索) assessment could offer a meaningful alternative to invasive biopsy procedures in the clinical trial setting.
The convergence of positive cash flow generation, an expanding clinical trial pipeline, and the advancement of a proprietary diagnostic device positions Resonance Health (搜索) for its next phase of growth heading into FY27.
