Rezubio (搜索) today announced that it has successfully completed dosing of the first cohort in its Phase 1 clinical trial following clearances from the US FDA and Chinese NMPA. The trial evaluates the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of RZ-520 (搜索) in healthy volunteers.
RZ-520 (搜索) is the second clinical-stage asset developed using Rezubio (搜索)'s proprietary Membrane-Anchored Drug Design (MADD) platform. It is designed to deliver a best-in-class profile against a validated drug target. In preclinical studies, inhaled RZ-520 demonstrated robust therapeutic efficacy across multiple disease models, with superior safety and negligible systemic drug exposure.
