Partnership Structure and Financial Terms
Under the agreement, Phrontline will receive an upfront payment and be eligible for additional milestone payments tied to development and regulatory achievements. Samsung Bioepis (搜索) will gain exclusive licensing rights to develop, manufacture, and commercialize two ADC assets: TJ108 (搜索) and another asset to be named. Additionally, Samsung will receive an exclusive license from Phrontline for one topoisomerase-1 inhibitor (搜索) (TOP1i) payload for application across its ADC pipeline.

The lead asset, TJ108 (搜索), represents a significant advancement in ADC technology as a bispecific, dual-payload conjugate targeting both Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR (搜索)) and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 3 (HER3 (搜索)). These targets are overexpressed in a variety of cancers and contribute to aggressive growth and metastasis. TJ108 combines TOP1i and tubulin inhibitor payloads, delivering two complementary mechanisms of action through Phrontline's proprietary dual-linker payload (DLP) platform.
The DLP platform enables simultaneous delivery of two payloads with balanced potency through a branched-linker architecture while supporting scalable and efficient one-step conjugation.
