SciBase Holding AB (搜索) (STO: SCIB), a leader in AI-based devices for detection and prevention in dermatology, announced on September 8, 2026 that it has received an additional order from Castle Biosciences (搜索) (NASDAQ: CSTL) to accelerate an ongoing clinical study and prepare for a second clinical study under the two companies' collaboration. The order consists of the portable Nevisense Go (搜索) pen device and electrodes, valued at approximately $0.6 million, or roughly MSEK 5.
The collaboration and license agreement between SciBase and Castle Biosciences (搜索), a US-based leader in molecular diagnostics, was established in 2025. The first study under the collaboration project aims to predict relapses in atopic dermatitis (搜索) (AD) and is currently ongoing. The new order supports both an acceleration of this initial clinical study and preparation for a second clinical study, with deliveries expected to start in Q4 2026.
