Silo plans to request a Type C meeting with the FDA following the robustness study, ahead of an anticipated Investigational New Drug (IND) submission for SPC-15.
Silo Pharma (搜索) (Nasdaq: SILO), a diversified AI agent technology and developmental-stage biopharmaceutical company, provided an update on July 21, 2026, detailing near-term milestones across its two strategic growth platforms: the commercial launch of its QwikAgents (搜索) AI subsidiary and the continued advancement of SPC-15, its lead intranasal therapeutic candidate for post-traumatic stress disorder (搜索) (PTSD).
"We expect to commercially launch our enhanced AI agent platform within the next 60 days, positioning the Company to begin generating initial revenue while establishing a scalable technology franchise alongside our therapeutic pipeline," said Eric Weisblum, Chief Executive Officer of Silo Pharma (搜索).
QwikAgents (搜索) AI Platform Nears Commercialization
Silo's wholly owned subsidiary, QwikAgents (搜索), is completing final platform enhancements and infrastructure updates ahead of an anticipated commercial launch within the next 90 days. The enterprise AI platform is designed for workflow automation through autonomous AI agents, combining persistent memory, intelligent model routing across eight large language model providers, encrypted backups, and browser automation to support scalable AI-driven operations.
Management believes the platform will begin generating initial revenues following launch, expanding Silo's presence in the enterprise AI market. The AI agent market is projected to reach approximately $47 to $53 billion by 2030, according to marketsandmarkets.com, with multiple independent research firms collectively projecting annual growth of 43% to 50%.
SPC-15 PTSD Program Advances on Multiple Fronts
Silo continues to advance SPC-15 through several important development milestones. The Company is expanding its intellectual property portfolio surrounding the program through additional patent filings intended to further protect the formulation, delivery technology, and long-term commercial opportunities.
SPC-15 is a preclinical investigational intranasal serotonin 5-HT4 receptor (搜索) agonist being developed for stress-induced psychiatric conditions, primarily PTSD and anxiety. The therapeutic uses a special soft mist nasal spray delivery system designed for fast action in the brain. Silo is partnering with Columbia University on the program and aims to pursue an accelerated FDA approval pathway via the 505(b)(2) regulatory route by leveraging biomarkers and novel delivery.
The Company expects to complete the ongoing drug-device robustness study evaluating the microchip-based nasal spray delivery system for SPC-15 within approximately 60 days. This study will provide the remaining device-performance data needed to proceed with an FDA Type C meeting request, followed by an expected Investigational New Drug (IND) submission.
"We believe the second half of 2026 will be defined by meaningful milestones across both of our growth platforms," Weisblum added. "As we prepare for the commercial launch of our enhanced AI agent platform and continue advancing our therapeutic pipeline, Silo is entering an exciting new phase of execution."
Broader Pipeline and Financial Position
Beyond SPC-15, Silo Pharma (搜索)'s therapeutic portfolio includes SP-26 for fibromyalgia (搜索) and chronic pain, as well as a preclinical asset targeting Alzheimer's disease (搜索). The Company's research is conducted in collaboration with leading universities and laboratories.
Weisblum noted that the Company is well capitalized to pursue its opportunities, citing capital raised through a recently announced private placement, and expressed confidence in delivering long-term shareholder value.
