Clinical Trial Results Show Dramatic Improvement
The CLEANVLU2 study evaluated efficacy and dose response in patients with chronic venous leg ulcers, building on the earlier Phase IIa CLEANVLU1 trial that established proof of concept and demonstrated a strong safety profile. After 26 days of treatment, AWG achieved 65% debridement compared to 9% in the control group (p=0.005) and 58% wound area reduction versus 15% in control (p=0.022).
