Financing Structure and Timeline
The 42-month loan facility provides an initial tranche of $15 million, fully funded on January 9, 2026, followed by three additional tranches totaling up to $35 million. The subsequent funding is contingent upon achieving key regulatory and commercial milestones related to TA-ERT (搜索)'s development and planned commercial launch.
