The VNARs, with a molecular weight of only 12 kDa, offer enhanced penetration capabilities, potentially improving therapeutic efficacy.
Isolation and Characterization of Anti-CD20 VNARs
The researchers immunized whitespotted bamboo sharks with recombinant human CD20 (搜索) to generate specific sdAbs. Using phage display technology, they successfully screened and identified VNARs that bind to CD20 and inhibit Raji lymphoblastoma (搜索) cells in vitro.
